CHOOSE YOUR HEALTH!

This is a wonderful time to be alive!
Never before in history have we had access to
so much information and so many healthly alternatives.
In order to take advantage of all that is available to us,
we have to be our own health advocates.
We cannot delegate this responsibility to anyone else.
No one can know you better than you can.
This website is designed to share wellness alternatives
that thousands of others have discovered.

Food should nourish and provide health. Whole foods are full of
natural vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Refined or processed foods are convenient, but are often empty calories with synthetic vitamin enrichment. Our bodies can "get by" on the minimum amount of nutrition for awhile. Often it takes a crisis to get our attention. When our health is compromised, it's time to make some lifestyle changes.

PRINCIPLES AND CHOICES

Good digestion is the foundation on which
overall wellness is built. Our bodies are resilient.
Health can be restored by following nutritionally sound principles. Learn as much as you can about
how our bodies work and how food affects us.
Each body is different. Only you will know
which approach, or combination of approaches,
works best for you. Become an expert on "You."
